Refund Policy:
Once a product has been purchased by you, no right of refund exists under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 due to the electronic nature of our product. Any refunds shall be at our sole and absolute discretion. You agree that under no circumstances whatsoever shall you initiate any chargebacks via your payment provider. You agree that any payments made by you for any of our products are final and may not be charged back.
FBA.Charlotte Refund Policy:
To qualify for a refund for the the WoMo Program & the WoMo Program Plus+ you’ll need to meet all of the following criteria :
a. Completion - Complete the course and all of its Modules and Lessons on Podia. This must be done in its entirety, with each lesson marked ‘complete’ by the user.
b. Action - You must have sent products into Amazon, to be sold.
c. Profit - Not been able to cover the cost your monthly fee for a sustained period of 6 months.
d. Support - You must first of all work with me (FBA.Charlotte) to overcome challenges you may be facing with your Amazon FBA business.
e. Amazon Account Issues - Having a deactivated account is not fault of FBA.Charlotte and is therefore not a valid reason to qualify for a refund.
f. Change of heart - A change of heart or change in circumstances that prevents you from continuing is not the responsibility of FBA.Charlotte and does not constitute grounds for a refund.
Eligibility - In order to verify your eligibility for a refund, you will need to provide evidence for each of the conditions above. This may include purchase receipts, approval correspondence, financial records, course completion certificates, or other relevant documentation.
